Matt Lemming (Im Lab) won the poster competition for postdocs at the Martinos Center Summer Symposium. Matt presented his work in applying deep learning for dementia detection in routinely collected clinical brain MRI.

William Hwang, MD, PhD, physician-scientist, Department of Radiation Oncology, received the 2022 Career Award for Medical Scientists from the Burroughs Wellcome Fund. Funding for this award will go toward his project focused on identifying key regulators of the neuronal-like malignant phenotype and tumor-nerve crosstalk in pancreatic cancer.
